August 29 hyde park!well actually kenington park (sp?)
Instead of going shopping. Me, anne and Kelvin (one of the boys going to Leighton park too) went to Hyde park!
The place is so huge. Hyde park is part of a bigger park. We spent 1.5hrs there. walking around and admiring the scenery. Ducks~swans~lavenders~roses~squirrels! (chipmunks?)
London~!5.41am or 10.41pm here in London. August 28th(29th in Brunei) Arrived at London yesterday. Am at the Brunei Hall until 2nd where i'll be transported off to school. Waaa When i went into the airplane. Reached row 49 where I sit. Casually asked "49 right?" to the person already sitting there. As i realised who it was i was very shocked. (Anne confirmed that my shockness was very clear -_-") The person was the president of the Brunei Student Union. Seriously didnt expect to be sitting next to him. I knew he was in the flight though. was told that by the teacher before boarding. Flight was Loooooooong. First half(to Dubai) sat near the aisle so i couldnt properly sleep. Slept like 1 hour only i think. 2nd half (towards Heathrow) I changed seats with mr.president (sorry i dont know his name XD) so i sat near the window and could lean at the side. Yay! sleep! Downside: hard to go out if you want to go to the toilet. He was nice though. Now at the Brunei Hall. Sharing a room with Fazleen and Anne. Inside the room is boring so I like to go down and sit at the lobby/reception area. There's a tv there and has a long table. Almost all the A-level students like to be there or sit outside on the porch. Most of the students are crazy! lol. Especially Kevin (who's loud and crazy) who cant wait to be taken away from Azrin. (they're sharing a room) both like to talk. both are crazy in their own way. so XD First day: followed Azrin and his brother (and Erwan) walk to the oxford street from Brunei hall and then took the tube to Nandos and went back to brunei hall using bus. 2nd Day: Followed Fazleen and her brother around. We went to Oxford circus first using tube. Fazleen had this photoshoot thing with a girl from Brunei hall so meand anne followed by Faz's brother walked until Regent street,Piccadilly circus, china town and all the way back to Oxford circus. Used bus to come back to Brunei Hall. Food here is crazy expensive! Tomorrow i promise myself not to drink any soda and not eat out much. Me and anne bought 4 banana's for 1.60pounds. (roughtly B$5!) Anne bought an apple for 50 pence(B$1.50!) Yes only one apple. There's this grocery store which is the closest to Brunei Hall. But it's expensive. Sebab kan makan sangat beli aja la... While at Oxford circus, Faz's brother brought me and anne to Apple store where i used the computer at the side (supposed to be for people to see how to use their ipod nano :P) to email hichan and left a message at the HSGP blog. Skimmed through the emails but didnt read properly. Will stand infront of the counter tomorrow and use the internet if possible.

August 26 12 more hoursYes 12 more hours till i leave brunei. For now i'm not feeling the PANG! yet. I still have to go dental, bank and stuff. maybe when i relax or when time is closing in.... >.<

August 24 Prom and farewellPromise I hearby promise my dad to not cry excessively before, during or after departure. I know i'm lazy and stubborn but i'll take care of myself and i will make an effort to learn I promise to keep myself away from bad people and will not shame you. I hate your company for making you go before i do. I left you wearing a long dress. I hope you'll see me mature and independant in a few months. Promise to come visit me in december k? >.<
I cried at one point during prom. Cos my dad called. he was about to go to Miri and stay there a night since his heli flight is early in the morning. I wont see him again until he comes visit me there. T_T called him again and talked crap. whatever i could think of at that time. After that I realised that i shouldnt be crying. I have to be strong. Thanks to Pipah and Stella for the comfortings Prom was... fun. I havent been in a dress. i mean just a dress without jeans underneath since primary school. So yeah. it was awkward at first but i felt the dress was too pretty to be covered by my big shawl so off it went >.< I didnt go get my makeup and hair done at a salon. Me and my sis did my hair while my mum did my make up

makeup was light and glittery. so you cant see it that much from the pics. That was the most dancing i've done ever~! My thighs were still hurting from all the dancing for the farewell party dance battle and dancing like that in high heels were X_X but it was fun. My feet didnt care. XD

August 14 13th aug13th August, 4.25pm Wednesday (no internet right now. to be posted later) Just got back home. Eh no actually just came back to my grandparent's house. Was at the Institute Perkhidmatan Awam from 7.45a.m till 4.15pm. There's this 4days talk thing for us newly awarded scholars. That is why i'm staying at m y grandparent's house. So that my parents dont have to go all the way from KB to the main district just to send me. (that's 1hour 30 mins mind you) I went to singapore on Friday till Monday. Confirmed with the MOE office first if they had anything planned for me during the weekends but they said no only on Tuesday so we thought, okay. no problem. Then on saturday they called me to go to the IPA on monday! I was like lskljdflksjfd dmy flight is on monday afternoon! I cant come! But sadly the caller was busy and didnt had time to deal with me she just told me over and over again that i had to go. But i came the next day, there were 400 people there. so i guess one person missing didnt bother them. I missed the talk about our allowances though. bummer. I dont know what to do about the allowances right now. Only a vague idea from the booklet they gave us. I know my school already. Leighton Park Boarding School. Guess what? I'm the only girl in the batch to that school. Nice... -_-" The boys are all so tall. I didnt get to properly see their faces. I only know Azrin and this one chinese guy's face. But i'm glad azrin's there. Relieved actually. But still scared. Heck i'm the only girl?! I cant rely on the guys much since girls and boys would obviously be seperated. I'd have to just... adapt by myself and ask help from the boys when i get to see them. the seniors from brunei are all girls though. that's what they say but still... :S
oh editted my schedule. it's full now. so make an appointment. :P August 06 Ultra busy powerLOL that doesnt make sense. But yes, i can say, if you want to meet me or take me out, I have to check my schedule first >.< today is the 6th. Went to the pusat kesihatan to get my mantoux test measured. Went to the hospital for my teeth check. So i'm pretty much done with the medical check for now. 7th(thurs)- Go bandar take my new passport, send the medical check form to the hospital, send my lampiran A to the MOE, take passport sized photos for smsa,pjn and scholarship stuffs. 8th(friday) till 11th(mon)- Singapore! I have to meet my family before i go to UK.. friday in johore, have saturday and sunday to go around, settle my mum's orders for her sales here, meet all relatives and grandmas. I wanna meet nek anjang, uteh and nek ngah. Predicting a dinner on sunday night. :S that's speed shopping for me then. 12-14th(thurs)- Taklimat for scholars.Morning till afternoon everyday. 15th(fri)- free. Quran reading 16th(sat)-Doa selamat, doa Arwah, tahlil at my house. should be busy the whole day. go to smsa pick up invitation card and school leave cert. go to smpjn and send my picture to ckgu gudai and pick up the copy of my system cd from ckgu feezah. Go to hospital for med check 17th(sun)-free? More quran reading. Erwan's doa selamat. 18th(mon)- Signing of agreement? (surat perjanjian) 19th(tues)- doa selamat at SMSA 20th(wed)- majlis ramah mesra dengan menteri pendidikan (minister of education) 21st(thurs)- visa appointment. Go bandar again 22nd (fri)- farewell party by wxcked sci... 23rd(sat)-prom! 24th(sun)-Erwan's departing for uk I'm taking care of my schedule until 24th only. since that's the first batch to go to UK that I know off. + in between I need to pack my things. I dont know when's my signing of surat perjanjian yet. I dont know which school i'm going to yet. I need to figure out when i can send passport sized pictures of myself to PJN and SMSA. I dont have an outfit for prom yet. And I'm to khatam before i go. 3 juz lagi... I keep cancelling with the uztaz -_-" sigh. 7.00 went out 7.30 reached St.margaret. Dropped brother and neighbours *slept in car* 8.45 reached grandparent's house 9.00 sister went to college while my parents and I set out to the immegresion office (sp?) Dad made new passport. Dad renewed his visa. Dad decides that i should make a new passport Made a new passport Went to Yayasan, dad made new bank account. Me and mum shopped. Mum bought food. couldnt eat food. was fasting for blood test ._. 12.30 reached RIPAS hospital. lady at counter 1: Karanglah patang.ani masa rehat kaliah. Us: awu patang tu pukul brapa? lady behind counter: 1.45 ka.. Us: .... Dad: I'm hungry Off to the canteen Mum and dad ate while I watched HHS livestages (Bump up, fly) and Namida no iro PV and some random songs. 1.05 went back to the counter one area. One boy and his mom was there. We sat at the open area with chairs. I listened to music. Mom read the newspaper. Dad slept. 1.40 More students. The ones from when I had my interview. Counter opened Mom and me left dad sleeping there as he was sleeping soundly. Like Erwan said once, yes it was the amazing race hospital version XD Since we didnt know what to do and where we should do it 4.00 done at the hospital. (except my stool sample which i'll hand in later >.<) rushed to the Kiarong Health clinic for mantoux test *ate(stuffed self) in the car otw there* They were right. Mantoux test was more painful ._. No time for teeth check at the old airport (airport lama) Retreat to grandparents' house and gave sister her donuts. 6.13 somewhere at the tutong district highway going home. Is it normal for when you take the mantoux test, the lump which formed disappears? Or will a newer lump form later? |
